GENERAL PROVISIONS
- The regulations define the rules for using the web application EchoSport, available at EchoSport. By using the application, the user accepts these terms.

- The application may only be used in accordance with its intended purpose. It is prohibited to:

- provide content that is illegal,
- take actions destabilizing the operation of the application.

Registration and user account
- The user may be required to register an account. Data provided during registration must be true and current. The administrator may block the user's account in case of violation of the terms.
Liability
- The administrator is not liable for:
- damages resulting from improper use of the application,
- interruptions in the application operation independent of the administrator,
- loss of data caused by user action.

Deletion of user account
- The user has the right to delete their account at any time.
- Account deletion results in permanent deletion of personal data and content associated with the account, except for data that the administrator is required to keep in accordance with legal regulations (e.g., for tax or billing purposes).

- The account will be deleted no later than 30 days from the date of the request.
